We believe in the “Golden Rule” by servicing our customers with the same highest-level of care, as we would like our business partners to service us. Our Mission is to “Give Back” to those who are at a disadvantage in our society such as minorities, single and stay at home moms, and
veterans by producing opportunities to start their own business and build a legacy of wealth through entrepreneurship.
LAD Global Services promise not to just look at our relationship just for our gain but as a part of our family, sharing a win-win relationship that’s “built to last”.
A deeper look at LAD Global
Our Story
Anita Harding, CEO LAD Global Services LLC, growing up around
the trucking business from a child with my dad owning his own
fleet of trucks in the tree harvesting business that he operated
for over 40 years. He successfully built his business through
contracting with local landowners to harvest their pulpwood
and logs and then transported them to the different mills, and
wood-yards. As I got older, I accompanied him on some of his
daily rounds, and assisted with administration and payroll. My
father built an impeccable reputation through respect and integrity and treating customers like family.
After leaving to get my degree in Management Information
Systems (MIS) and spending 16 years in corporate America, my
husband and I made the decision for me to become a stay-at-
home mom. This began my journey into entrepreneurship.
Today, my life has come full circle back into the trucking
industry, owning my own freight brokerage business offering
landmark logistics, and on-time delivery services to our customers.
My experience, dedication and background as a certified
project manager make me prepared to bring an analytical and
detail oriented mindset to the trucking industry. LAD partner with our customers to enhance their overall supply-chain
process with meeting the demands of their customers.
The heart of LAD Global is the care we bring to our customers rooted in the lessons learned as I watched my father build a successful business to “taking care of our customers’ business as I would like others to take care of our business”.
I met a Carrier and asked him if I could take a picture of his truck, which I admired and was inspired by its beauty. I shared with him how I loved the Peterbilt brand and what I learnt about them that they are “built to last”, simply the best. He agreed and began to share his story of their relationship on how he has had no problems with the truck and only had to change the tires and regular maintenance. He continued to brag about the truck good track record being a 2008, and yet dependable, reliable, efficient, and high-performance with a caterpillar’s engine that has driven over 1 million+ miles and still just keep going and going. His story inspired me to keep honesty, hard work and maintaining an impeccable reputation in the culture of LAD Global Services to ensure we are not just building a logistics company but a family that is “built-to-last” and deliver services to our customers that they can brag about.
